Job Title: BRM – Business Relationship Manager – Mysore
Grade: Manager/ Deputy Manager
Business Unit: Retail Banking
Experience (Min to Max): 5- 6Yrs with at least 3 years in a Current Account or relationship role in Retail Banking.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Value Management of Large Value Current Accounts and Cross-Sell Income from a Current Account-led portfolio.
- Responsible for acquiring Potential Large Value Customer Accounts / NTB relationships for the Bank by way of references from Portfolio Customers.
- Responsible for Value Build up / Cross-Sell from Portfolio:
- Increase relationship depth by acquiring / grouping Family accounts, Group Firms Current Accounts, Investments, etc
- Acquire High-Value CA / Program NTBs via References from Open Market / Supply chain
- Proactively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc
- Responsible to ensure Customer Profiling (Portfolio) & Onboarding (for NTB relationships)
