Job Title: CARM – Current Account Relationship Manager 

Grade: Manager/ Deputy Manager

Business Unit: Retail Banking

Experience (Min to Max):  5- 6Yrs with at least 3 years in a Current Account or relationship role in Retail Banking.

Job Description:

• HNW Portfolio Management(Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening, and Retention)
• Operations, Marketing & Processes
• Increase in wallet share Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Imperia Customer.
• Ensure that an optimal level of Income generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached.
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered. All customer queries and complaints are being resolved within TAT.
• Other Skills like Sales and Influencing Skills,  Banking Product & Process Knowledge,  NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge,  Planning and Organizing Skills,  Good Communication skills, and  Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
