Experience (Min to Max): Graduates / Post Graduates with minimum 2-4 years of experience in any of the leading Banks in Branch Banking Operations

Job Description

  • Customer Service, Teller operations, customer transactions processing, instructions processing
  • Implement centrally-originated projects on customer service, automation, processes, and compliance in the branch
  • Handle the day-to-day operations at the branch and ensure that all transactions pertaining to operations are processed seamlessly
  • Responsible for branch operations and service delivery to the customers of a designated branch.
  • Handling the overall branch processes including storage, secured stationary management
  • Contributing to the branch related processes and providing suggestions for improvements
  • Maintaining a good audit rating for the branch
  • Coordinating with the central ops and other central teams in resolving various issues.
