Job Title: RBH -Relationship Banking Head

Grade: Manager/ Deputy Manager

Business Unit: Retail Banking

Experience (Min to Max):  5- 6Yrs with at least 3 years in a Current Account or relationship role in Retail Banking.

Job Description:

• Acquisition and Management  of High net worth customers to the Bank
• Ensuring the RMs are trained and equipped to handle customer queries.
• Ensuring timely onboarding of quality accounts in the HNW channel for the bank
• To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of Wallet
• To handle a team of 4 to 9 Preferred Relationship Manager
• Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff.
