  • Service Delivery & Excellence: Ensuring service delivery as per the established benchmarks on TAT and complaint management.
  • Ensuring up to date displays and good look &  customer satisfaction
  • Achieve overall deposits growth and fee revenue.
  • Certification on both IRDA and AMFI.
  • Training: achieve certification on all the products being sold through the branch.
  • Excellent communication and Problem-Solving skills.
